- 2 avocados, diced
- 300g shrimp, cooked, diced
- 1/2 stalk celery, diced
- 2 Tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
- 2 Teaspoon(s) hot sauce
- 1 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon(s) fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 Clove(s) pressed garlic
- 1 Teaspoon(s) white vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon(s) mustard
- Combine the ingredients for the dressing. Mix well.
- Dice the shrimp, celery, and avocado. Pour the dressing and mix gently.
- Scoop into prepared avocado shells.
