Tuna Carpaccio
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons capers
200g tuna, thinly sliced
Whisk, pour over thinly sliced tuna. Let come to room temperature for 30 min.
