Hungarian Goulash

  • 1 1/2 lb / 750g stewing beef, cut into 1" inch pieces
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 white onion, chopped
  • 1 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  1. Place all ingredients except sour cream in the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 8-10 hours on low. 
  2. Add sour cream to the slow-cooker 10min before serving. Serve over noodles.
