Crab Artichoke Dip

  •  1 medium red bell pepper, chopped 
  • 3 green onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained chopped  
  • 2 cans crab meat, drained 
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 
  1. Prehead the oven to 375°F. 
  2. In a large skillet cook peppers and onions in on medium heat until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  3. Add artichokes, crab meat, mayo and cheese; mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. 
  4. Baked 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve as a spread with crackers.
