Avocado and Shrimp Salad

Great as appetizer or an pretty salad
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 300g shrimp, cooked, diced 
  • 1/2 celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons parsley, fresh chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
Combine all but the first 3 ingredients, mix well. Dice the shimp, celery, and avocado. Pour the dressing and mix gently. Scoop into prepared avocado shells.
