Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cups olive oil
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 anchovy fillet crushed, or 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- Push through the garlic press both anchovies and garlic. Add lemon
juice, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper. Whisk until mixed.
- Gradually whisk oil into mixture, whisk in mayo or egg.
- Add Parmesan. Then whisk it into the dressing.
