- 1 1/2 lb / 750g stewing beef, cut into 1" inch pieces
- 1/2 cups water
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 white onion, chopped
- 1 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- Place all ingredients except sour cream in the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 8-10 hours on low.
- Add sour cream to the slow-cooker 10min before serving. Serve over noodles.
