Original KraftFoods recipe
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 green onion, sliced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained chopped
- 2 cans crab meat, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Prehead the oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet cook peppers and onions in on medium heat until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Add artichokes, crab meat, mayo and cheese; mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.
- Baked 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve as a spread with crackers.
